Parasites feed on you. They cannot exist without you. They weaken you on all levels and remain hidden and invisible as much as possible. They are energy vampires and change who you are: your thoughts, your feelings, your body. Your spirit and the divine within you are weakened, and your animal instincts are nurtured. Should you notice the parasites and try to eradicate them, they will go into zombie mode and do everything to destroy you and, of course, themselves.
There are physical parasites that live in our bodies—in the muscles, eyes, intestines, bones, and elsewhere.
There are emotional parasites that distress and then feed on your negative emotions. If you have unclear emotions like resentment, meanness, cruelty, terror, panic, callousness, or envy, then you probably have an emotional parasite on you. The truth is, you are not this vile thing. You are a being of light, a divine being.
There are mental parasites. They feed on your self-destructive thoughts. These include thoughts like suicidal thoughts, criminal thoughts, chaotic thoughts, racing thoughts, hopelessness, worries about the future, or even grief.
All these parasites are interconnected and influence each other.
You think, feel, and act according to the parasites you host. The parasites cause addictions and desires within you and all forms of self-sabotage. They also create an instinctual life of “fight, flight, or freeze.” They can, for example, destroy your healthy boundaries or impose an inappropriate generosity on you that leads to self-destruction.
Demons are incorporeal beings that can attach themselves to a person. They come from the spiritual or astral world and possess the person partially or completely. They are usually sent by another non-physical entity they serve and have forgotten who they truly are. This type of being is found in many traditions, cultures, and religions.
Demons usually lodge themselves in the emotional body and alter your feelings in unpleasant, sometimes painful ways.
Egregors are ethereal beings summoned by humans through occult rituals, curses, or mental magic, and they serve these humans. Egregors are also known worldwide. They usually lodge themselves in the mental body and alter your thinking to your detriment.

There are many other terms for similar entities. What they all have in common is that they distort our clarity and dim our divine spark. They attack your soul and keep you on the wheel of destiny, or the wheel of reincarnation. However, reincarnation doesn’t have to be your destiny. You can take your destiny into your own hands and rise above the wheel of reincarnation.
There are some traditions, where people genuinely desire to be reincarnated. They want to be ancestors for their children and grandchildren and help them from the beyond. They want to be reborn into the same family someday. Among these cultures, the atmosphere feels like a carpet of astral souls above our heads. Here, shamans derive their power from their connection to these beings.
A few years ago, an African shaman offered to transfer his spirits to me upon his death. When I was teaching in Siberia, there too I became aware of a carpet of ancestral souls above us giving commands to the local shamans: where the fire could be lit, who had to bring goat’s milk, when the ceremony was to take place. I sat on the mountain and thought to myself that I wanted to penetrate this carpet. That I wanted to be connected to the source, to the light.
Our soul is the most precious thing we possess. I cherish my soul and will keep it as pure and whole as possible, guiding it to the true light. This also means being as pure as possible in body and spirit, especially at the time of death. A truly momentous task!
The purer we are, the purer our bodies, our emotions, and our minds are, the clearer we see and act in the subtle realms. Cleansing ourselves of parasites is a preliminary step and, one of the most important actions for moving closer to clarity and enlightenment.

Here are some recommendations for you to use at home:
It is important to know that while you—the host—begin to cleanse and change your strategy, parasites adapt. During detox, they behave like zombies and, in their final gasp as they die, can cause symptoms including: insomnia, flu-like symptoms, headaches, nausea, cravings, anxiety, and pain
With detox, we aim for a stoic, strong mind and a healthy, robust body.
Not only the body, but also the mind needs to be dewormed.

Recommendations for the mind:
- Master the attitude of not caring what others think of you—this will keep you mentally strong. Don’t bend or twist yourself. Know who you are.
- Do a news fast. No internet, no newspapers, no conversations about world events.
- Withdraw from the aura of other people for a while.
- Go on a vision quest. This fulfils several detox aspects simultaneously and is also known to lead to a naturally clear mind that allows for visions.
- Get a cat. Cats can see and protect you from ethereal beings.
- Put salt in the corners of your space, for example in egg cups or small bowls. Replace it regularly. Salt cleanses the subtle energy field.
- Even after the detox, maintain absolute control over what you feed your mind. Stop scrolling. Nourish your mind with healthy thoughts, not parasitic ones that create negative feelings.
Recommendations for the body:
- Fasting: Don’t feed the parasite; don’t give it any nourishment. Fasting deprives many intestinal parasites of their means of survival.
- Sunlight – has a disinfectant effect.
- Breathing – There are many types of breathing exercises. The most important thing for the purpose of detox is to bring as much oxygen into the body as possible.
- Smudging – with frankincense, white sage, and wormwood
- Cloves – chew on cloves
- Use valerian drops before bedtime
- Garlic clove – swallow one clove daily, either whole or crushed

General recommendations:
Be fully present in your body. Parasites can enter when you are absent. Be present when you are in ritual situations such as funerals or in places like churches, temples, or hospitals.
Presence often fades in sexual situations as well, and parasites rejoice in these opportunities.
In situations involving substances, plant medicine, hypnosis, alcohol, or other trance states, ensure that someone you fully trust and who is capable of doing so is keeping an eye on you. Medications can also induce a state where you are not entirely yourself. As soon as you are disoriented, a gateway for parasites is open.
Always be aware of your current state of consciousness.
An example from my own life: Curses are a kind of egregore and are often transmitted through touch, a gift, or during a conversation.
A woman puts on an inauthentic smile, speaks intensely to her victim, and moves her head from side to side. Her ear moves toward her shoulder, and her head tilts slightly forward. It is as if she is using a screwdriver to drive a screw into her victim’s third eye. This is reminiscent of the evil eye.
The defence is a dreamy gaze into the distance, while the divine spark is still fully present. You no longer participate in the conversation, and the screwdriver grasps into emptiness, yet you remain fully present on the divine plane.
Dealing with demons requires a strong mind. I teach this work in the Divine Intervention course. Through this work, we have healed people who were suddenly unable to work due to terrible thoughts. One man was released from a psychiatric hospital. A woman rediscovered her joy. In Luminous Consciousness we focus on some aspects of emotional parasites.
What addictions do you have? We know from the German language that Addiction is linked to searching. What am I searching for? My true self? My inner spark? Can I remember my own true self?
Feel free to share your own thoughts and experiences.
