This ceremony stems from the Heart of Africa and shows us ways of breaking free from premature ageing. On the night of the Harvest Moon the heavenly bodies are said to be balanced in such a way that the illusion of time becomes evident. The results are youthing, vitality, health and well-being to a very old age.
We will be around a fire, with drums, songs, stories, movement and food.
