The ‘divide and conquer’ mentality results in confusion and a lack of coherence. Diffusing and dividing an unorganised grass-roots movement is harder. The change-in-consciousness movement is happening on just such an unorganised grass-roots level.
With a healthy and balanced sense of personal power in place, it is easy to feel confident, integrated, peaceful, and safe.
The effect of emotions on the body is obvious when you think of someone who is in a constant state of fear having hunched shoulders. The effect does not stop with visual parts such as shoulders, skin, or posture, but can hit you in the same way in the invisible places deep inside your organs and cause illnesses without you being aware of what is happening. Your health will improve as you release your old suppressed and unhealthy emotions.
