Emotions: Some years ago, I committed to learning from Oona. Since then I have regularly participated in many of her courses and am part of the Sounding Stones Circle. My learning path with Oona has enriched my life tremendously. I have become more confident and powerful.

I must have been doing something right last night with focusing on the energy of woman: I was sitting on the couch around midnight and really went into that female energy. All of a sudden my lower belly felt really warm and strong. Suddenly I had my husband sitting unexpectedly next to me. We ended up in bed and I actually was successful with an orgasm with a man for the first time.

Emotions: I have been very underweight and had trouble gaining weight for the last few years after suffering a bout with Chrons disease. Conventional and alternative medicines and treatments have had little or no benefit but in the few days following Oona’s workshop, I gained 7 pounds. My physical strength and endurance has improved greatly and I have now been able to eat foods that previously were very challenging for my digestive system to process and caused much difficulty.
I feel free to engage more fully in life and I feel more excitement, inspiration and enthusiasm. After the workshop I stepped into a new chapter of my life. I feel more alive, intuitive and confident and my spiritual life and healing work has become much deeper, more powerful and clear.
I felt so much information being absorbed into my being during my time with Oona that I believe it will take months to trickle into my awareness. Harvest Moon: For three years now I have been celebrating the Harvest Moon youthing ceremony with Oona. Recently my husband and I went to one of our favourite restaurants where we know the owner well. We had not been there in a while. Strangely, the owner was being very unfriendly to us. We wondered what was wrong. When she came to take our orders she suddenly looked at me, smiled and apologized for being so rude: She had not recognized me and thought that my husband had come with a much younger woman.
I smiled for two reasons: apparently my husband would definitely not have an easy life, should he ever leave me for a younger woman and obviously, the Harvest Moon ceremony has definitely left its mark. I feel and look younger than three years ago.

Resonance: I attended Oonas resonance course and healing circle in beautiful Colorado and it impacted my life dramatically.
I experienced many things over the four days that were powerful and resonated deep within my being as truths and I feel that there has been much latent energy awakened that will be blessing my life in the days, weeks, and months to come. I feel lighter, more clear, and joyful than I have in a long time and the experience opened my mind to worlds and states of being that I have only dreamed of and imagined to be possible until now.
I gained tools to maintain and build upon the opening that happened and am excited to be integrating this practice in my life.
